Agreement
This Mobile Application and Web End User License Agreement is a binding agreement between the end user and Valis Bioscience, Inc. It governs use of the Valis platform on web and mobile interfaces, including related documentation.
The application and web portal are licensed, not sold, and use is always subject to the Valis Terms of Use.
License grant and restrictions
Subject to the agreement, Valis grants a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to download, install, use, access, stream, and download content and services strictly in accordance with the agreement and Terms of Use.
Users may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, remove notices, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, publish, transfer, or circumvent protections in the app or web portal except as expressly permitted.
Dispute resolution and survival
Disputes are resolved according to the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms of Use, including an agreement to arbitrate claims on an individual basis rather than jury trials or class actions.
Certain provisions survive termination, including license restrictions, reservation of rights, collection and use of information, third-party materials, compliance with laws, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
